MORRIS WINES RUTHERGLEN DURIF 1985
Today is "OPEN THAT BOTTLE" day when we dig deep into our cellars and open an old bottle that we have been "keeping for a special occasion" but never got around to drinking it. Quite a challenge!!
So this year's winner is a bottle of Morris Wines 1985 #rutherglen #durif which at 39 yrs old should be just about perfect!! Not the oldest Durif in the cellar by far but should be a gorgeous ripper with our Japanese dinner tonight.
