Celebrated International 'chardonnay day' with an on-line tasting of 4 excellent chardonnay from Hill-Smith Family Wines. The Ringbolt 2023 Margaret River Chardonnay was a real cracker! it had a gentle complex bouquet of peaches, apples, pears & a hint of melons. Gorgeous mouth filling, rich with divine honey dew melon flavours, creamy with a hint of vanillin oak & a superb finish. AN ABSOLUTE BEAUTY!!!
