Celebrated International Chardonnay Day with an on-line tasting of 4 excellent chardonnay from Yalumba. Kicking off with the Yalumba 2022 'SAMUEL'S COLLECTION' - 50% oak fermented. Tight cool climate bouquet with a hint of greenness that opened up beautifully in the glass. The palate was bright, tasty with a hint of minerality & a crisp refreshing finish.
