Neat Sips fortified wine tasting today, the Seppeltsfield range was outstanding- all excellent, culminating in the Seppeltsfield 2003 TAWNY- just released 21 yr old tawny made from shiraz- Nutty orange/brown in colour, divine bouquet of rancio, nuttiness & a dollop of musk. OMG the palate is soooo smooth, silky with lashings of elegant sophisticated flavours & fresh acidity on the lingering finish- absolute nectar
