The grapes, astutely grown by Thomas Lefebvre in the Lake George escarpments and meticulously crafted by the Sapling Yard team, have resulted in a cool-climate Viognier of length and structure.

The initial enticing aromas and flavours express a melange of floral jasmine, pear, citrussy and rockmelon.

The subtle yet persistent and supportive old French oak barrique influence and natural acids drive the long palate to a crisp, fresh, clean and savoury finish.

This is a medal-worthy, well framed, palate pleasing young Viognier well suited to the warm seasons.
