ST HUGO 2021 CABERNET SAUVIGNON (Coonawarra, SA)

I have enjoyed this wine since I first tasted it in the late 1980s. This vintage has a big succulent bouquet of red and black berries  with a splash of vanillin oak & elegant spices. The palate is big, rich and powerful yet graceful, has masses of divine flavours with a lovely savoury note. 

DROP DEAD GORGEOUS!!

P.S. The 1990 vintage is cruising along nicely these days.
