ST HUGO 'ATTUNEMENT' 2018 SHIRAZ CABERNET (Barossa, SA)
The quintesential Aussie red blend!!- Fabulous to see a 7 yr old current release wine (Penfolds Grange is only 4yrs old at release). Still almost black in colour with a very pleasing bouquet vanillin oak, stewed plums, black berries & some degree of maturation complexity. The palate is bright & crisp with delightful silky smooth flavours of great depth & complexity. MAGNIFICENT!!
