YALUMBA 'THE SIGNATURE' 2022 CABERNET SHIRAZ ($74 / Barossa, SA)
Each & every vintage of this wine that I have tasted has been superb. The current release (51st vintage) is no exception - deeply, densely coloured, fragrant red berries and black currants with a dash of vanillin oak on the ubber attractive bouquet. The palate oozes rich, concentrated layers of beautifully textured, devine flavours balanced by elegant tannins. TRULY MAGNIFICENT!!!
