Have you ever tasted Chinese wine? Like most countries much of it is ho-hum but some of the top wines are excellent such as the 2022 Puchang Vineyard Rkatsiteli (Georgian native white variety) from Xinjiang. Deep complex bouquet which includes pineapple & stone fruit- lots going on there.
