This 'minimal intervention' new Chardonnay from the Ross Hill team displays initial crisp intensity with palate-coating ripe melony / citrus aromas and flavours. The supportive vanillin French oak top notes and wafts of fresh thyme round off the delivery of ripe cool-climate Chardonnay varietal attributes.
It is one to be enjoyed whilst vibrantly youthful and is currently very moreish.
