Initially restrained, it soon unfurls vibrant aromas and flavours channeling quince, freshly cut green pears and mushroom straw.
The lurking 13% Alc warmth, nutty vanillin oak influence and crisp acid backbone entice to yet another sip.
It reflects its 'minimal intervention' philosophy and is currently very food-friendly.
We enjoyed ours with a chicken paella.
