Planted 1946, dry-grown bush vines, limited release. Partly matured in amphora and ceramic eggs. Inky deep purple in colour, elegant perfumed bouquet of red berries, cherries, marzipan and a smidge of fresh herbs- superb. Magnificent palate of ripe plums, cherries, beautifully balanced with silky texture and graceful integrated acidity leading to a long lingering, minerally finish. AMAZING!!!
