It's bright and generous in both aromas and flavours on opening. A punch of ripe red fruit as in raspberries and currants greet the nose and palate. Undertones of cherryripe, tobacco and dried herbs complete the primary profile. This 2026 Nouveau, a cheeky blend of Shiraz, Pinot Noir, Grenache and a dash of Toureiga, slightly chilled is easily enjoyed now. It would be an ideal match to hearty protein dishes. We enjoyed ours with barbecued lamb cutlets and Swiss Brown mushrooms
