SCORING SYSTEM
The following scale is used when scores are published. This system is based on the Australian wine show scoring systems.
97-100 Points: Wines that would be of Trophy standard in a wine show.
95-96 Points: Gold Medal wines. Wines of exceptional quality
94 Points: Wines just below Gold Medal. Excellent quality wines
90-93 Points: Wines of high quality. Silver Medal quality.
89 Points: Wines just below Silver Medal quality. Good quality wines.
86-88 Points: Wines of the Bronze Medal quality, well made, usually of a drink now style
84-85 Points: Wines of good commercial quality, fault free standard.
Wines below 84 will not generally not be published.
