This juicy lightish Red is vinified from 5 varieties & strongly evokes the Beaujolais Nouveau natural carbonic maceration style.

4 of the declared varieties are Mediterranean/ French/ Italian reds & are all sourced from the cool-climate Hilltops region of NSW 

Best served chilled, the lifted fragrant nose & linear carbonic acid delivery made it well suited to our plate of charcuterie and bbq'd chicken wings.
