The onion-skin, light apricot colour leads to an initial Pinot Gris driven nose and palate channeling pears, wafts of strawberry and quince.
Grippy acid presence seamlessly supports the fruit-driven mid-palate.
This versatile blend is an easy-to-drink, pleasant & enjoyable Rose, smoothly slurpable by itself but would also complement fresh shellfish & Asian greens salads.
