It opens with an initial citrussy floral nose, a prominent grapefruit palate lift and a soupcon of tamarind twirling in the background.
It's currently a refreshing, evolving young cool-climate Riesling reminiscent of some of the Austrian Germanic styles.
It delivers a multi-layered grippy, sweet 'n' tart fruit-driven punch of vibrancy.
It's another medal-worthy wine from the Sapling Yard team & one which would reward some cellaring.
