At the National Wine Centre “Drop In” Emerging red varieties tasting- there were stacks of delightful/excellent lesser known varietal wines, however the stand out for me was the Wines by Farquhar Barossa Valley 2021 GSM - where the S stands for saperavi rather than shiraz, so different, deeply coloured with an attractive complex bouquet & a superb juicy, round palate.
