Cab Franc to me is the lighter, brighter, zipper version of the slightly stodgy Cab Sauv - At 6 yrs old the bouquet is rather subtle, elegant and complex, likewise the palate is mature, silky smooth and also very elegant with some maturation complexity.
Great to see a 6 yr old current release. IT IS RARING TO GO!!!
